Today is the 23rd anniversary of Lisa's release of "Stay (I Missed You)." Lisa released "Stay," produced by Juan Patino, on May 17, 1994 and went on to have the song featured in Reality Bites, be nominated for a GRAMMY, and become the first independent artist to reach #1 on the Billboard charts.
